SWB DE Track Ride
My 66'911 mated with a 65'912 and it just mated again with a 82 SC. Oh and I think there was a one night stand with a 77 911.
Now I got a bastard on a 65 912 tub with the parts from the 66' 911. The complete front suspension from the SC with the extreme makeover vented rear SC brakes on back. Carrera oil coller and 2.7 built to carbed RS Speck. Elephant racing Poly Bronze suspension bushings and Tarret sway bar. [img]

i meant to comment on this post earlier. love seeing a SWB in action. i don't know if i missed previous posts about the car or you've been keeping a secret. it looks to be a great ride with some interesting mods. my only complaint is that there is only one pic of that beauty.
feel free to comment on the engine. always curious as to what the SWB guys are doing and what they're stuffing under the decklid. we get left out way too often...for example, the recent post of most sought after long hood poll. where's 65-68? i didn't see 65-68. what's up with that? waaahhh! |
