Sparco seat mounts on a 73.5? Anybody?

I have a set of sparco Torinos which I'd like to put in my 73.5T - which is in shipping right now so I cannot measure anything...

Sparco offers 2 bases for a 911, 66-73 (400sb002L and R) and 73-9 (400sb012l and R)

Since both categories include 73, where does this put my 73.5 ? I'd guess 73-9 but the overlap is worrisome... can anyone confirm that the bolt pattern is different before and after 73? I find that surprising... I am hoping somebody who made an Rs clone or put in sparcos in a similar car can tell me which one fits the 73.5 for sure...

If not I guess I'll reuse the mounts I have (froma mini cooper) and drill new holes ! Thanks !

Do you have any pics of the seat bases in your '73.5? If none of the '73.5 guys post up it's easier to tell if we can see a pic.

The 73.5 has the earlier seats that are (I think) 18" on center.

I think they are quoting production dates, and your car falls in the earlier range. The only thing that makes your car a ".5" is the CIS motor, everything else is the same as early '73's.

'74 model years have the impact bumpers, new seats with different mounting and all the other big changes. Some were made in late '73, explaining the date range they are giving but they are '74 model year.

No direct experience with what you are trying to do but I put my money on the 66-73 mounts.
