Well it is a 934 style bumper on a 930 front end.
For the 934 Porsche used the stock bumper (with the black rubber strip in the middle) and extra fb flares on 930 fenders.

As you see in the bottom pic the bumper + the air dam + the spoilier are 1 piece. In the 934 original the airdam was attached underneath the bumper and it went way wider to match the 11inch front flares (you can see it in the first pic behind the Shell logo... the airdam piece widens to meet the flares... whilst in the second pic it is straight).

This still leaves me with an open solution for the back... Again the original 934 is not of help as they have the heavy stock bumper... (for some reason now I cannot upload a pic of the 934 rear).
I like the BBII style.... I couldn't care less for the fact that it does not make any historical sense... I am not too sure it would look ok in red though.... I might just go plain RUF or simple 930 without the rubber strip and bumperettes.

You & I are contemplating the *exact same* ideas.

So the bottom pic is a '934 style' - replacing the entire bumper. Which is what I want to do - do away with the aluminum bumpers entirely. So, is that the GT Racing 934 front?

So if GT Racing and Rennsport 934 kits are for narrow body, what size rims do they use?

Reason #2 for the 934 kit is the large openings on either end. I wanted to put 2 oil coolers in the fender-well instead of the traditional center one.

& Jack -

Are the flares on your car essentially 930 flares (dimensionally) F&R?

Craig
NO the "934 style" 1 piece of the second pic is from TRE Motorsports. $399 plus shipping. Should we do a group buy (ahahah)?

Armando
GT Racing and Rennsport only offer the 934 bumper for EXTRA WIDE body, i.e. the original 934 with 11 inches front flares. You basically have to add fb additional flares to the 930 fenders. It looks exactly like the the 934 racing car. You can see the flare extensions on both the front and rear. (the rears are 13 inches wide).

What wheels are you thinking of getting? I lust over BBIIs rear wheels...
