Battery Rust (Photo)-Solution?
I've got an area of rust from the POs unvented battery. A close inspection didn't reveal any further damage, but is there somewhere else this could have gotten into?
What is my best solution (I'm thinking cut out, weld)?

you got off easy if thats the worst of it.
my rust went nearly into the suspension points. You could POR-15 and it would probably be fine for years.
