Need Wastegate location picture
I am going to start fabricating the crossover pipe for my 2.7 Turbo (BAE). I need to see if someone can post some pic's of the location of the wastegate's on these cars. My car does not have a wastegate just a pop off valve so I am going to have to fabricate it myself. I have a 930 wastegate that I bought on EBAY a couple of years ago that I am going to use.
Thanks Oscar |

Here's a few pics with the original exhaust and two with the B&B headers. Hope they help.

Will having the wastegate that close to the headers affect it at all?
thanks Oscar |

bb,
Shouldn't be a problem for a street fighter. Continual track use probably would shorten its life. I provided an additional "before" pic that illustrates the relationship between the wastegate pipe and wastegate better. ![]()

anywhere after where all the exhaust collects into one pipe and before the turbo if you are using a external waste gate turbo

If you do alot of track driving the B&B and GHL headers cause a bit of boost creep due to the poor design of the area where the wastgate pipe meets the collector. This is how I modified my B&B headers
