				No more 18" speculation here........

Got Bluebird on the road this weekend with the 18's.....Incredible ride....... 90mph down the Beeline past Moroso....no hands....the feeling of these 'footprints' is amazing. This car was built for 18's.........225/40 up front, 295/30 rear.... So...how much are wheel bearings.......

Great, another going against the tide 225/40 & 265/35 in the rear on mine. Photos soon as my new bumpers and duck get here this week from Getty. What tires did you go with? I have Conti's on there, but S03's ready to go in the spring beside her.

Do you like the 225/40's? Did you consider the 35 series for the front or did the pilots even come in that size? I thought that the OD might look better, but was concerned with the very short side wall with that application.

Luke, these were 'take offs' (OE) from a C4S which I picked up for a reasonable price....I just went with the flow.....

I am pissed you can fit 295's on 11 in wheels in the back of your SC. Wide body or not! Tonight I was at a buddies house and he let me try on several combos (he has a full garage of wheel and tire combos). I fitted a set of 996 turbo II's but they were about an inch too wide. So, I'm in the hunt for a set of turbo II in the narrow body et65 offset on a 10 in wheel. Hard to find, but they're out there. Again, beautiful car you have there. Just get some H4 or H5's.
