paint and prep work for dash face?
I would like to paint my dash face before re-installing the gauges, trim pieces etc…what type of paint and prep work is recommended for a reasonably durable DIY finish. I have already painted my gauge rings in Wurth satin finish trim paint if that’s any help.

I did mine with Wurth satin as well.
Sanded original paint with 400 grit. Primed. Wet sanded primer with 600 grit. One coat Wurth satin. Wet sand 800 grit. Final coat Wurth satin -- applied pretty wet. Looks like original finish. Joe |
