Some rude bastard tucked a VW air-conditioning unit in that little hole and did a half-assed job of it to boot! A dealer add-on no doubt, everything else in the dash and engine compartment are long gone. I had to fill a 11" x 9" hole in the firewall at the foot of the passengers side before I could proceed with my CD-rack project.

Should have added as sub under the CD changer. ;)

The Kenwood system that came with the car sounds GREAT considering the price!
