?Commerative dash plate on an '83 911SC cab??

What the heck does this dash plate say? I'm shopping on-line for a 911 and found a nice looking 1983 911SC Cabriolet. The car is being sold by an insurance company and the auction site has little details and cannot get further details from the insurance company. The car looks good in the 10 pictures! But why did they take a picture of this plate on the glove box door? I can't image they would show a picture of a convertible top warning, so I assume it is a special edition of some sorts. Does anyone know?

That's just some cheezy plate made by someone and stuck (hopefully lightly only with double sided tape) to the glovebox door.
