High bid is 600 with 5 hours to go. Chrome is probably worth something extra since it doesn't require constant polishing.

If Land Rover ever made Fuch's, It would give most of us a traumatic experience. You couldn't give me a set of CHROMED Fuch"s, regardless of who made them. Did everyone notice the "Fox" in the photos ? That means Fuch factory made, forged aluminum. Hydrogen embrittlement due to the chrome process makes for some attractive hose-reels. Doug

Pelicans:

Land Rover never made Fuchs. Come on now!

The Seller Copies and Pastes the description in his ads – If you see the sellers other items, He sells a variety of Wheels to include, BMW – Chevrolet - Land Rover – Mercedes ECT.

He simply added information in this ad regarding his Land Rover Rims ad.

Absolutely No affiliation with the seller!

Thank you,
Jason

...He forgot the "Search and REplace" when he copied the ad.

However the chroming process is actually BAD for wheels. It can cause them to more readily fail. NO, I DON'T have the technical details, if you really wanna know more, look it up.

Something your low-rider Porsche probably needs!

I don't know if this counts for anything, but I lived and grew up within 10 miles of the LandRover factory. Must have seen millions over the years, both on the road and on transporters.

I never ever saw any LandRover with Fuch wheels on it.

Also, as for the comments regarding 'factory build quality' etc etc, IME that means nothing. Unless you are talking about German factory build quality!

He's very positive and upbeat when referring posters to Pelican for cruise control and electronic control units. I believe he's a Pelican vendor, and supplies Pelican with the electronic boxes Pelican sells.

Maybe he was joking. Worse insults than that get tossed around here pretty regularly.
