Help identify mystery wires - you too Grady!

I'm looking for wiring related to my car's long ago removed MFI. The following picture is the panel. The green arrows identify the connectors in question. They are not currently being used. The connectors with red arrows are associated with Crane ignition unit, normally mounted on the panel at the blue arrow.

I also found a bundle of wire taped behind the left tail light. The first picture below shows where it connects. The second photo are the connectors at the end. The pair is about 4' long. Any idea what these might be? Grady?

Greg,

Carefully clean them and report the wire colors.

I assume you still have the '72 wiring diagrams I sent you a couple of years ago.

Nothing at the tail light assembly has anything to do with the MFI. Just leave that sleeping dog alone.

Best,
Grady

The three prong connector in the lower left is for the defroster in the rear window.
