help identifying these 2.2L P & C's

2.2L KS (Kolbenschmidt) small pockets cut for valve relief, numbers inside the piston 084071 (over) 1++ also 1275. cylinders are cast iron. are these from a T ? i can post pix if need be. all help greatly appreciated.

If the cylinder fins are cast iron, those are indeed from a T. The E's and S's had aluminum fins with a cast iron sleeve.
