Angelino's... Need speed trap info.
If my new tires get here on time, I will be leaving the Bay Area heading for Los Angeles on Saturday morning. I'll be going down Interstate 5 with my V1 humming and my hair on fire.
Are there any notable speed traps along the way I need to watch for?

Tons.
Coalinga exit, about 50 miles south of I-152. High way 198 intersection of I-5. hiway 46 intersection of I-5 10 miles up the grapevine on I-5. Ease up when you're 20 minutes into San Fernando valley They use Radar, and airplane. They use to hide on the entrance ramp, but now that they have radar, they just cruise with it on. And the airplane ofcourse.

I don't want to be responsible for any tickets, but I've never had any problem speeding on the 5 freeway, just use common sense, your other senses and the V-1 and you should be fine.
Traffic normally moves at a pretty good clip, I only really fly when it opens up a little. Maybe Tyson will notice this thread, he has made the cannonball run between Seattle and L.A. many times in the last few years. ![]()
