quick MB question...

Sorry I know this is the wrong board but there are a lot of people with good minds to pic here.. How many quarts of oil will and Mercedes ML 320 motor use?

I think those numbers are expressed in liters - also, unless a liter is a lot more than a quart, those numbers don't seem right.

I think an MB V-6 takes more than 5.5 quarts on an oil change, at least from my recollection of changing oil a year or so ago on an MB v-6.

Perhaps not, but maybe an owner's or shop manual for the vehicle would be a better source, or at least a mercedes forum!

the ML takes ALL 8.5 Quarts EACH oil change, use less it will be LOW. John My 99 just turned 158,000 miles! Great ride.
