There was an article in Excellence last year about Jeff Thomas ?(head of some car maker in Detroit) and his 911.

Do you mean Freeman Thomas (Daimler-Chrysler Design Studio) and his "Thomas-Flyer" (orange R-Gruppe style 911) ?

Beautiful car. Unfortunately, it got damaged recently. I'm pretty sure it's getting repaired and (further) restored and improved in Stuttgart, right now.

Yep thats the guy I was thinking about. What happened to his car. Oh by the way I was having a look at some back issues of excellence last night and got to read the article on BB11. Every time I see pictures of your car I keep thinking I shouldn't build my ST but rather an RSR. However I have come up with a solution I will build one of each. Michael |
