HELP Re wiring front parking/ turn signals

I did a Search but found no info . When I did my H4 upgrade, I took out the old headlight wiring, for a thicker gauge wire. In the process of doing this, I evidently cut the wires in the headlight bucket that help power the front parking lights/ turn signals. Ive looked at wiring diagrams, and no where can I see that any wiring for the parking lights went to the headlight bucket. I need some help in knowing what wire I cut and removed, where it came from, and how to fix my issue.

Thanks

911STARGA.THE headlights share a common ground with the turn signal/parking lights. The grounds are on chassis lug just in front of the battery. It's possible you disturbed the ground.Dan

Then what were the wires that i cut in light bucket ? Did those have nothing to do with the turn signals ?

I'll check my ground connection as you described.

Yes they do. Turn signals flash just fine. In the Tach they blink as if I had my hazzards on, but yes, they blink in the rear, and the parking lights work. Its just the fronts.

Now that Ive been directed into the ground direction, it looks like after looking at the wiring diagram, that the headlights, turnsignal/park lights, and fog lights run off of the same ground. BUT< my headlights, and fog lights work just fine. ( I thought this info might help in trying to figure out the problem).

911STarga. Looking at the headlight in my 82 sc. The wires to the turn ind. and parking lights do run thru the headlight harness, and seperate in the headlight buckets. At least thats the case on the passenger side .Dan
