I love that colour! (Amethyst?) It would be breathtaking on a 993.
Pity I don't like the slantnose look and all those slots on that car. Losing the colour coordinated Fuchs and a more practical interior colour would also be a plus.

Its wierd how fashions change. Remember when monochromatic paint schemes seemed so modern. Rodders were painting everything the same color....let alone the colors themselves had "character". I agree that on this car, matching Fuchs don't help. It need a tiptronic to be my wifes perfect Porsche

I'm not sure what color this is but it's not Amethyst. Amethyst is a very deep purple - almost black. My 91 C2 was this color - the wife loved it!

Free?

Would any males on the board drive this car every day if it were given to you free?

OK, back to the original question.

I would vote for a Cabriolet with a roll bar. Metallic silver-gray paint, black leather with hound’s-tooth inserts. Only possibly Tiptronic.

A child seat in back and a holder for the street shoes.

It says “Class” with some muscle and common sense.

Best,
Grady

The official name is called fruitcake pink--highly sought after in some circles.

Color doesn't bother me as much as the fact that it's a slantnose cab!

Will you guys quit beating up on that 911. I agree, it needs a “follow me” sign for the lad’s of the night IMO. Times change maybe.

I’m going to refine my description of a proper Porsche for a Lady.

I would vote for a Cabriolet with a roll bar. Metallic dark silver-gray paint, burgundy Cab top, black & burgundy leather with hound’s-tooth wool seat inserts (black-white-burgundy).

No wing, slots, or other “artifacts” – just a nice plain 911 but with 1” wider wheels.

Tiptronic. This can be as fast or faster than the standard trans.

A child seat in back properly done to LATCH standards. A bike helmet and face shield for the kid.

A nice lined holder for the street shoes. Of course some proper shoes for driving.

Extra connections for cell, laptop and other.

It says “Class” with some muscle, utility, and common sense.

Best,
Grady

993 Cabrio, Tip
metallic sky blue body
chocolate top
sand interior
Cup IIs

Good thoughts Grady on various holders. I'll add voice-activated to do list on a dash-mounted navigation screen. This off course would sync with the home computer via Wi-Fi and work computer via a handheld and bluetooth.

Perfect for the modern woman on the go.

Grady Clay: Very well thought out, esp for the shoes.
Darkbeer: I know I'm not typical but I don't think I would like the car you think should be my ideal.
