T Bar Question for 3.6 conversion
Hi, I just got my new roller delivered last night. It's a '77 sunroof coupe. I'm doing a 935 body style conversion and will be going with a 3.6. What size T bars should I go with? The front end of the car is all fiberglass panels and hood. The rockers are fiberglass and I have a huge 935 tail in fiberglass and also the rear bumper and front air dams are fiberglass. I am doing suspension mods including the following: It has adjustable springplates, front and rear bilsteins, rear monoballs, front camber plates, 22mm frt/rr weltmeister sways, turbo tie rods, bronze bushings in front and rear poly-bronze bushings (Elephant Racing) I plan to use their T bars as well thru our host to purchase. I have C2 front calipers, cross drilled rotors and 225's on the front and 345's in the rear on 15" rims. My thoughts are a 22mm front bar and 29 or 30 rear bar. Am I thinking correct for the 3.6 weight difference? This is a street car and not used for long haul and my wife will take occasional rides but it is mostly my toy and I don't mind the stiffer settings but obviously the street vs. track surface is different and my settings are more track oriented than street. So advise me!
