2.7 CIS injection tuning help

I have been trying to richin the mixture on my 74 2.7 motor. I have never had a problem doing it on the 3.0 SC motors but I cant quite figure it out on the 2.7. Is it the same size allen wrench? I tried it and a few others with no luck. I know the hole is a bit different then on the SC's but.... Can anyone give me some advice. thanks

Is it the standard 3mm allen wrench?

It's also 3mm on a 2.7; the wrenching feature (inside hex) on the screw may be full of dirt. Try cleaning it out with some mineral spirits on a long (wood stick type) cotton swab.

Heres my 2 cents, stick the allen in with the car off. sometimes they end up getting a bit rounded when the prior guy dont know what size it is...Also check your adjustment on the senor plate.
