Weissach Edition?

Am I the only person who doesn't think this is a Weissach edition of the 911?

It's a Weissach with a interior change to tan & repaint to guards red. Bet the PO has/had Ferrari envy...

So what we have here is a Weissach that has been gutted of the interior that made it a Weissach and the paint that made it a limited edition...basically it is a red UK model from that year...still a nice ride, but an odd thing to have done to a Weissach

I have a new factory dash sitting in a box, this would be a good candidate for it, plus I would get that tail.

Ps. No engine shots, wonder how dirty it is?

does it still have those "special edition" itty bitty Fuchs rims ?????
(seems like "special editions" were an excuse to get rid of parts or options that knowone wanted anymore...brilliant marketing idea, but sort of a rip off for the unknowing consumer)

This is rich:

"porsches ALWAYS seem to have some kind of wierd machanical problem...not this one tho!"

"And the AC unit works great...but sometimes you have to turn the knob on and off a couple times before it comes on"

"I noticed that people are asking about the sunroof.... sadly..i didnt mention it as an option cause it is non functional"

"the drivers door lock can not be turned with a key..it needs greased or want not"

The guy has no idea what he has - we could tell him the vin is to a rare "RSR version of the 356 SC Carrera - Ferry Porsche Edition" and he would post it... actually he may cancel the auction and re-present it with a high reserve!

Can't knock him too much, I suppose... it's the buyer that needs to beware after all.

Oil pressure (2) seems kind of low for rpms (3700).
