Engine light question, how does it work
My 83 SC came equiped with an engine light. (not sure if this is standard or optional).
Anyway, it has a cover that rotates over the light. The light buld is not broken and works fine, yet it will not turn on when you open the cover. What am I doing wrong?

Turn on the running/headlights first. Then rotated the cover....
