Adding an oil cooler
My 76 currently does not have an oil cooler. So before the summer starts (late August after the snow melts), I'm planning on adding a cooler. Do I need to add more oil to the tank?

You will put more oil in the first time you fill the system, after that the oil that is changed will be the same as now, unless you take the time to drain the front lines and cooler, most people don't bother.
