An uneducated eye (no one on this board) will have trouble telling a 997 from a 993. I can imagine someone admiring a 993 and asking “Is that new?”

Those cars just look " right " to me maybe Porsche is back on track in the design dept.?

Hate the rear end on the 997, too much like the 996. Other than that, the 997 is a sweet ride!

No question the 997 is a better looking car than the 996. But those grille openings just don't work for me. Too stylized, reminds me of the silly stuff ricers bolt on.



And the sharp edges and angularity fight with the flowing curves of the rest of the car.
