Do you buy just one sport seat and which one?
I'm thinking of buying a replacement to my 911 leather seat.
Do any "sport seats" fit the sliding seat rails and also fold forward? |

It really depends what you intend to do with your car. Standard city driving the existing OEM seat should work. IF you intend to do some track, then you might want something more "anchored". There are quite a variety, and price range to choose from our sponsors @ Pelican. A few brand names to work with: Sparco, Momo, Recaro, Cobra, Kirkey.
Most seats will fit the sliding rails, some with minor adjustment. True racing seats will not fold forward. They are meant to be stiff and offer a lot of support.

Recaro Speed/SRD's fold/recline and bolt right to stock (manual) sliders.

If you go with an aftermarket sports/bucket seat then buy the one that fits you the best. There is very little give in these seats so unlike the nicely padded OEM which adapts to your shape, you must adapt to it's!
Make sure the aperture holes for the harness are at the right height relative to your shoulders too. Simon
