3.6 Conversion - S Hose Connector

This is a question for all who have done the 3.6 conversion. I didn't get the IG kit and I need to source the oil line connector that comes from the right side of the engine and connects to the rubber S hose. Anyone know where I can source this, either new or used? If new and dealer item, anyone have the part number?
Thanks in advance.

woud save you tons of time with the timmins kit, and you will probably ill not save much money sourcing one piece at a time, The info that Timmins can provide will more then make up for the few extra bucks you save, Kevin 82 sc 3.6

Went with a Patrick Motorsports piece and very happy with it. Engine came with a ST part and it looked like doggy doo. Just not going to trust my engine oil with that and the PMS part is aircraft quality.

Give them a ring and they will give you a hand. Sometimes email can be backed up but everytime I call Jim is glad to help. His parts are excellent quality.

Just looked on his site and did not see the adapter on the website, so better to go direct.

You will probably want the version w/ an upward sweep to keep it away from the headers

Timmin's early versions leaked and have been "recalled", his new version made by Kenny McNeil is very nice.

No matter which version, brace the end against the engine sheetmetal!

Ask me how I know

I was lucky enough to have a fellow pelican send me the male
end with oil ring slot then I just tig welded a piece of stainless on
the end with a ring for sealing to the S hose. It has not leaked a drop yet and I braced it against the block. It took some time to get it just right but saved me some $$$

Is the upward sweep designed to keep the S hose from touching the heat exchanger? I'm keeping the stock 993 HEs and from this picture, the oil pipe seems to clear the HEs but the hose might get in the way.

B&B headers will be much closer to the S hose, they need all the clearance they can get. 993 headers are much more compact giving much more clearance

warpspd,
I copied this picture from the IG site to reference the line. Yeah, I wish I had this exhaust, and I think its the Happy Crab exhaust.
So, If I used the stock HEs, would the straight oil line actually work, or would it also need to be angled upward for the hose to clear the HE? Thanks.

Elfer -

If you look at the post I mentioned to Ryan, there is a very clear shot of the tube when using the 993 HE - it doesn't come near it.
