I'm looking into getting the front floorboard replaced due to the 4 inch whole infront of the drivers seat. Anyways, has anyone had that done and if so what did that cost? I've seen the replacement parts for $175-$250, but wondering how much more is it to have someone do it.
Thank you

Lots of folks have done this kind of thing..I'm sure the labor of having someone do it will be considerably more. I wonder though in situations like that, do you have to drain the entire fuel tank?
I would always be nervous welding/cutting with the fuel line less than a foot away. I'm sure someone will post pics of their work (seen here many times, but mainly the front end/trunk area). It's a 66--a rare and early 911. Don't hear about or see many of those, so of course, it's well worth it to do what it takes to keep it healthy and happy.
