Fuch paint- Gloss or flat
Hi,
I am planning on redoing my Fuchs. I am going with polished paddles and lips with black centers. I am trying to decide if I should go with gloss paint or flat paint. I am leaning toward gloss now. Anyone feel like posting some pics of yer fuch with gloss centers. Here is a pic of the car Thanks Dean ![]()

Wurth satin is the usual way -- it'd look great on your car.
Not quite gloss, and not quite flat. Here's a photo of my car by Zach Mayne: ![]()

Ryan,
Yep! Al does great work, doesn't he? I'm very happy with the wheels and they clean up nicely because they're clear powder-coated, brake dust wipes right off!!

Jack, I can't really see the centers in that pic. Do you have any other pics
![]() Art, It looks like a glossy paint in your pics I was planning to use a 2 part paint like Dupont Chromaone. They don't make a satin finish in that paint so I would have to mix some flat in with it to make it satin. Dupont also makes a Hot rod flat but that might be too flat. Thanks for the replys Dean

Jack,
That's a great photo of your car. It really makes it look organic.

I can't fine Wurths 'Satin' paint. All I find is flat(matte) and gloss. They have a satin paint for trim, but that certainly would no be a go for wheels.
Does anyone have a link to a site that sells Wurths satin wheel paint?

As Jack mentioned - Its between gloss and flat. The prefered color on Fuchs. Thank you, Jason ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
