New headlamp switch problem

I have a 1982 911 SC. I ordered a new headlamp switch from Pelican and received part #911.613.029.03 .I removed the old one and it is part#911.613.029.02. The 2 parts look the same, except the old one has more connectors on it and they all have wires hooked to them.Pelican told me that the original switch is obsolete and the one that they sent me is the only one available. Has anybody out there already had to solve this problem?

thanks
Tim
