What holds in the center dash vent ?

My center vent keeps falling out what should hold it in ?

Assuming you mean the center vent to the right of the gauges, where the A/C comes out. There are spring loaded clips at either two of the four corners or all four corners. If you peer inside with a flashlight you should see little metal bits, that's them. If your vent falls out and there are no clips, then probably just buy a used vent with the clips.
