From a 930:
"17 x 7.5 and 17 x 10) KINESIS K27 wheels" Any chance these may fit a 79SC - even with careful selection of tires?

I've seen the wheels too. He states there off his 930 turbo. I'm not sure if Kinesis offsets their wheels differently then standard fuchs (one would think so, since the original fuchs are lost in the huge turbo flares). I'd get an offset measurement to get an idea before pulling the gun. (White wheels and a red car don't do it for me). Good luck.

Kinesis will make the front and rear 930 wheels to use either the factory spacers or not. All depends what the customer spec'd when they had them made. The 7.5 front is the width they recommed for a standard body car though and I think IIRC it shoud have a 32or33mm offset on the front, I can double check. The 9 for the rear has 15mm offset to fir an SC/Carrera but I am not sure about a 10. However, they can be resizes for around 250 each.
