Question ignition switch wont come out

ive got the shear bolts out, ive got the hex nut off and the allen bolt out (thought it was hanging on that)...it's stuck where the steering lock is. the key spins in the cylinder so i cant unlock the steering lock if that is what is catching...i dont know what to do now. any suggestions? Thanks.

the left side needs to be pushed completely through the hole in the dash before the part sticking into the column can come out.
