Magic elixir - Valvoline Synpower
I just put a bottle of Valvoline Synpower Complete Fuel System Cleaner in my half-full gas tank, and jeepers what a difference! My injectors must have been pretty dirty.
Throttle response is markedly improved, and it feels like I added about 10 more HP.

You should change your oil within the next 500 miles. I've read that fuel conditioners can leve some bad stuff in the oil, gotta get it out ASAP.
If you already know this, then just ignore me.
