Great input so far guys! I agree with many of the points that have been made so far. As for a poll, I am not quite sure how to do that, but will try.

point, counter-point, point . ... sideways
oooh, I want some of that action. :D
I say; Lose the rubber tail, AND get rid of those black rubber round thingies (tires?) . . .they look so "bolt on" on a 964 . . .you can even see the bolts!  . ...maybe go to white-walls (red-walls?) Ya know  that whole "black rubber component" thing is so "out". . . .except for on mini's (they're "in") Okay, seriously . .no really ... The tail on scooters 964 has a painted grill. The factory look has a black grill. SO - the black of the lip, off-sets the missing black of the grill. Going back to a Duck would bring back the black grill. Certainly, Doug, you wouldn't suuggest losing that bit of black trim, back there . . .would ya? Aside: Perhaps this "everything painted" design exersize has been a HUGE mistake. I think it has been. Peple thought door-dings were a pain. ... these painted, exposed, soft bumpers that fade differently due to plastisizers -- huge mistake. |
I quit...

I like the duck.

I thought that race tracks only had four turns. (to the left)

The duck works on certain 964's if they be sitting right. I think Doug has a point there somewhere...
|
Is my 964 be sitting right? I do agree with Doug's opinion on the clean look of the body colored bumpers and duck tail.

That Brumos car looks hot. I dont like the Duck with the twist wheels but it looks good with the cup 1s. I would not put a duck on with those wheels. I love the duck on a 964 in general
|
Still thinking about it. I appreciate the input on both sides. Interesting thought about the wheels. I really wasn't thinking that the duck would not look right with the twists.
|
Go duck, it will look fantastic. Even if it didn't (which it will), you can always swap back.
