Since Jack spilled most of the beans, I'll spill the rest.

I had the strut manufacturer increase the steering axis inclination on the front struts by 2 degrees over factory specs. This is very similar to what the Factory did on the 964/993. On those cars, the SAI was increased to roughly 22 degrees. On the '65-'89 cars it's only 11 degrees 55 minutes. We're running 14 degrees.

(On the 964/993, it was necessary to have a zero or negative scrub-radius to work with ABS. A negative scrub helps self correct for situations where one front wheel is braking harder than another.)

To compensate for the increased SAI, I modified the mounting points to get us a little over 7 degrees caster. This helps compensate for the positive arc of the SAI. (The control arms had to be modified anyway to bring the lower ball joint forward to it's original position after the control arms were lengthened.)

It also does a double-wammy on the straight line stability and return-to-center of the steering, since increasing SAI and caster have this same effect.
