Love the early, and somewhat rare sport seat in wood:)

Keep her orange!! I love the look of those cars!!

keep up the great work!!

I am going to paint my RSR in bright florescent blue/purple with neon viper green swoops..... much like the "Hippie" 917 was done.

Anyone out there good enough with photo shop that they could do me up some RSR pics in such a color scheme?

kenikh 06-15-2005 11:41 AM

Go go Jaegermeister...

911teo 06-15-2005 11:41 AM

Terry

are you going to put the purple neon lights under the rockers too? :p :p

JP

fronts are 10x16, rears are 14x17, made by BBS, custom offset

The shop which will do my engine swap has 2 Jagermiester cars, one of them is a real RSR, the other one is the 935 Jagermiester car, both look awesome, I will take some pics later and post

Any thought?
Should I stay with yellow or go with orange?

Looks wicked!
What are the specs on the new drivetrain and suspension?

I thought wide cars like wide people might look better in darker colors, but the orange 911 looks perfect.
If you do yellow maybe try straight yellow toner, something with alot of pigment not a pale or cream yellow.

Keep us updated on your progress.:)

I think so.... The RS are a little too subtle... and there are too many replicas around.

RSR/IROC look much more unique. Plus with all that rubber they stop quicker and can take much more power....

I would keep the car yellow but a diferent shade. I would also go with this front end makes the car look rounder

The only apparent downside to these RSR's is finding a good place to race.

HSR and SVRA dont seem to like them. In HSR you run in a group with mid 1990s TransAm cars. Ouch! In PCA you end up running in a GT class against much later model cars.

NASA is where I am planning on running. Will run either GTS4 or Super Unlimited.

Nik

I always thought it should have followed the lines of the trunk ... like this

lol, you get the idea.

niner11 06-20-2005 09:33 PM

another vote for ORANGE!

randywebb 06-20-2005 10:32 PM

"square cooler intake/valance"

- Right. The square corners don't match the curves on the rest of the car. It would be simple to add a bit of FG like Brandon's idea and to round off those corners a bit. You could size the hole a bit too, so you don't lose any air flow over the cooler.

beamonk 06-21-2005 04:23 AM

Light yellow

rattlsnak 06-21-2005 08:33 AM

GREEN!!!

carrue529 06-21-2005 08:57 AM
