bulb replacment
I have a couple of burned out bulbs behind my heating and air control levers on the dash. Is there a simple way of getting at these bulbs?

Is there lighting behind the heating and air control levers? I've had my car for a month and there is no backlighting behind my panel. I just assumed that it wasn't installed - you know, old dashboard style and all. Hmmm.

Yes there are bulbs behind there... they are hard to reach but if you lay in the floorboard and shine a flashlight you should be able to see them...helps if you are small and flexable!!

You should be able to just reach under and pull them out, if I remember right these are all 2 pole plastic lamp sockets. I think it should have one in each upper corner of the switch plate.

i'd rather be able to replace by this method as well, but can you access the bulbs with the old factory air ducting in the way? anyone know where to find the correct bulbs?

lol, pulling out the bulb holders is the easy part. Get the little f**kers back in requires Zen like skills, flexible fingers and the patience of a saint. A great place for the super white LED's -stick em in and never have to go back again.
