Passing emissions inspec. with SSI's.

I know this has been covered a lot, but I'm taking the 993 in for emissions inspection today and so have been thinking a lot about how I'll sneak the SC through her last one before she's exempt. I have SSI's and a B&B dual in/out. It smells pretty bad to me. Before I get too creative with using someone else's smog-legal Carrera or SC to pass for mine and slip the guy $50, I'm wondering how lean I can get it myself just for the inspection. Pretty sure VA isn't as strict as CA and I've never even seen them look for a cat. But who's snuck by before?

If you can smell it, your HC will be very high in any test.
