Shock replacement please help
wondering if bilstiens from an 84 will bolt right into a 77s with bilstiens? thanks in advance Marty

look up both years on the Pelican catalog and see if the p/ns are the same

Martin,
I am oit an expert, but believe that the 84 shocks and torsion bars should fit. Not sure of the sway bars though. It is my understanding that Pre G-50 cars have the same torsion bars. Hope this helps. Hopefully someone with a 77 will chime in here. Good Luck. Earl

I had a 77 and replaced inserts without issue. T-bars and front sways are OK too.
Rear sways have a different connector to the trailing arm. I think if you reuse your drop links, you should be OK. I'm not sure on this one, as I replaced with an aftermarket sway bar.
