What do you think of this blue paint color?

Well I just got my ST back from the paint shop. I picked out the color from a chip and it is the same color but WOW, does it look different on the car. I was really shooting for something darker and greyer. Looking for opinions. What do you think of this color or should I hurry and have it resprayed a darker color?

I think it looks good.

But, if it's not what you want, change it to what you want.

I love it. But then again, my '70 T is almost exactly the same color, so I may be a bit biased.

I agree with Mike - Looks good to me, but it's your car - if you're not happy, reshoot before you put time and money into building it, just to tear it down and repaint anyway.

Take some pictures in the sun though - it looks like 3 different colors in those shots.

Pictures often fail to show the true color. Is this roughly what your color looks like in person?

Once you get some contrast (black centers on wheels, etc) it will look great. But what we all like is a "mute point". If you do not like it, repaint now or you will second guess yourself forever.

That color is stunning, rare enough to be a head-turner, and one of the originals, isn't it? Do keep it.

Keep it keep it keep it! I love the flares too.

BTW, is that orange beauty yours too? My garage queens are blue and orange. Kind of strange considering that I went to The Florida State University.
