I know this is most likely the wrong time to ask, but did you ever think just to buy a 993 Twin Turbo. My bet is that they will equal out money wise when everything is said and done. And you can sell the turbo when your finished for close what paid. Any thoughts along this line.

Not for the moment... I think in terms of cooling I should be ok with the dual coolers. As per aeodynamic efficiency... Well we'll see how it goes...

In my future I see a fiberglass hood and a paint job (car is staying Guards Red right now)...

It's been a "project" for 5 months.... too long for my daily driver...

Money luckyly was never an issue. I did not test the 993 TT, but I drove a GT3 and 996TT...

Even though they are incredible cars it felt like they were on rails. The GT3 is so refined and "easy" to drive that it is incredible.

I like my car because it is going to be rather unique...

The real alternative would have been a 993 RS... but they are so difficult to get in this country...

And as Dane said... nothing drives like an old car...
