That is so sad. My condolences. It is very ironic that I received a call last Sat. from a rep of COPS (Calif. organization of Police & Sheriffs) asking for a donation. I cheerfully mailed my donation today.

That really sucks and p*sses me off. My heart goes out to you, his family and friends David.

If there's something we can do let us know. I really mean that sincerely.

Sincerest condolences. My heart goes out to you and everyone that knew him. Another unfortunate tragedy of gang violence. Why are these people so stupid?

I think i speak for everyone here when I say we are all here if you need us.

It is just not fair, David

Don't you get the death penality in CA for killing a cop--isn't that considered 'special circumstances' here?
I hope so.
Sitting on death row for 15 years, which I have heard completely blows chunks (not that regular prison is fun), to be followed up by pushing up daisies is required in my view. You can't have a society in which people who kill cops (and yes I mean especially cops) are given life sentences. You know...the thin blue line, which although seeming somewhat cliche, is really the basis for our civilization.

Me too. I don't give a sheit about "two wrongs..." or "it's only Gods' place" As far as I'm concerned when a person makes the decision to do something like this then they have divorced themselves from civilization and should be treated accordingly. It's a decision they made and should be held accountable for.
