View from my office
Since I want to post my new wheels on my car - I thought I'd post this pic. My car is only 10 feet away from me whlie I work. I am selling my old wheels with new tires on the Pelican Classified section.

Here's the view from my office... just imagine all the Porsche friendly roads to get to that mountain!

Car is in the garage under my feet. It's rough. Those mountain roads are right out my door. They are a bit scarey at the moment though.

Close up pic. (from the dirty window). Notice that my car is surrounded by trucks and SUVs. This area is a 4x4 town and normally this time of year it's covered with melting snow/slush and ice. We've been lucky so far - knock on wood.

I would move it stat up to that corner spot, about 2 inches from the curb for maximum safety ![]()

You are right, however there is some risk of scratching the wheel when leaving the spot . When I go to the Local Wal Mart Saturday morning very early I always try to park my car to the farest spot but unfortunately there is always a "smart guy" who park his SUV next to my car does not matter if there are a lot of empty spots in the surroundings ..........I think that is "Murphy's Law" , cause I do not understand why people do that .

Hi Ginger's Dad,
You have the perfect spot, actually. This is exactly how I always park the 911SC. I always look for the farthest right spot, next to a curb or an island. In this position, you are as far away from any other car as you can be, there is no car on your right, and the adjacent car's driver's door opens opposite you. Who could possible ding your car in this position? Only a bird!!! LOL !!!

Here's Ginger's spot (g spot?) today. A giant Nissan SUV guy usually splits the 2 spaces next to her. BTW - I work at Initek......
