My left arm is in a cast from surgery last week. I was grounded from driving the p-car by my wife. I snuck it out yesterday for a spin in the 'hood, causing my very easy-going wife to get very mad-she just doesn't understand. At any rate, snapped a couple of pics while I was pouting in guilt. This is going to really suck for a few weeks....

Ed, you've got every right to be proud of that car. I've always preferred coupes but now I'm thinking ...

More proof that the original 911 body style, pre 90 is the most beautiful...

Thanks guys, the compliments certainly cheer me up.
930addict: Custom red to a sample from the factory. The paint guy my body guys use calls it "that f'ing red for that Porsche" when he has to mix some up..

Easily, without a doubt, the most beautiful red that I have ever seen on a Porsche. I have to agree with JMZ, I am normally a sucker for the coupes, but there's just something so right about your Targa.

Wow, my car looks like the bastardized twin-brother of yours. We need reunite the family! Its the trim and targa bar that really make the early targas look so good IMO
You've got perfect targa combo: - Duck and chin - Nice wide Fuch 15s - Polished and chrome trim - Seats, belts, and a bar. Put it all together and the targas are hhhhooottttt.

people love the sleek lines of the coupe, but i gotta admit, the duck really smooths the targa's sharper drop-off for nice balance..sweet!
