Source for Bilstein HD's in UK

Hello

Based on reading lots on here and future plans for the car I have decided I want to replace the tired shocks on my 3.2 with Bilstein HD inserts for the front Boge legs and Bilstein Sports for the rear.

Although I can find Sport and Club sport Bilstens I cannot find Bilstein listed as HD's in the UK - are they just the standard ones or something different?

The cheapest place I have found so far is design911 and if you go to the Steering & suspension>> - SPORTS SUSPENSION page you will see that they dont list HD's

So, does anyone know where to get HD's in the UK or where is the cheapest place to buy Bilsteins?

Thanks in advance

Jevvy,

Given that Design911 have a set for circa £500, and Pelican have them for $560 (£310), depending on the shipping costs and duty, it might pay to import them !

Duty should be no more than about £90, so if shipping is less than £100, you could be on to a winner.

Haven't bought in the UK, but know that lots of guys import with the current strength of the Pound (or is it weakness of the Dollar!).

Jevvy,

I bought mine in the UK a couple of years ago. I will dig the invoice out and let you know.
