Well, do you think because of my post count I am new to the internet?

Searches were done. This site offered nothing.

There is not a lot of information on it on the net and the only pics I can find of it are from the one licensed in somewhere in the asian (possibly Japan) countries.

I guess they are pretty rare and not to be found. Too bad, because I want one.

If I remember correctly:
The Turbo S was a special version of the Turbo 3.3 that was meant to celebrate Porsche winning the IMSA supercar championship. It had uprated components like brakes, different cams, and ran higher boost than the standard car. I believe that it had 381HP as oppossed to the standard Turbo's 315. It was kind of track oriented though, power was tilted even more towards the top of the tach than the standard car. For everyday driving and speed I think the 94' Turbo 3.6 would be better. What it loses in ultimate HP it makes up in more and more evenly spread torque. Car and Driver tested one of these Turbo S, you could maybe look up the article in the library. As for value, I think it would be higher than the standard turbo and will maintain that value simply by its exclusivity.

Yup, 380+ hp, carbon everywhere, and only 80 made. There were a couple full-race LM versions made/raced too (480hp monsters with detuned 962 motors).

I used to have a roommate who had one... (his family owned several golfcourses in Asia, so he didn't lack any $$)

That is an amazing car. Still my favorite factory turbo due to rwd, as well as "normal" looks unlike the GT2.

I actually think that the true flat nose (not slope nose) is one of the most beautiful turbos ever created...

Also try the attached link for turbo history / facts

The factory called it Flachblau/Flatnose. Not Slant, slope or anything else. So no difference other than style as the years went on.

Eric, If I understand correctly the '92 is a 3.3 car and the 94 is a 3.6.
