Thanks for all the compliments. As I've said before, this car is a dream coming true for me.

As for some of the questions:

1. The hard oil lines and T-Stat were purchased used from GAD in Atlanta. They were shipped as one unit that included all the lines and the loop cooler from an SC. I used only the hard lines from the rear to the front fender wells. I bead blasted the T-stat to clean it up (made sure that inlet and exit were covered with the plastic covers that I bought from Eastwood). I cleaned up the hard lines using the same Wurth rotary tool that I used to clean the undercoating off the car. Then I painted the lines with satin black catalyzed urethane. The lines from the T=stat to engine and T-stat to tank were purchased new from Elephant.

2. The fan and shroud were painted by Auto Associates to match the OEM finish, Special process...call them for details.

3. We are expecting about 275 HP at the wheels when we chassis dyno the car. Scott at Auto Associates (as well as Chris Bennet and others on this site) have been guiding me through the rebuild. Wayne's book has been incredible.

4. The front cooler is a very tight fit. I spent almost 8 hours getting the fit right. The trick was to position the cooler so that air will flow through it yet have it not interfere with the bumper. As you can see from the photo taken from below the car, I had to cut some of the bottom of the bumper away to get the fit right. I probably could still use a baffle to provide even better airflow.

Awesome car !!! .. im currently scrounging parts for my 3.3 turbo > 2.8 RSR build and have a couple questions for you..

What did you use for front fender flares and front RSR spoiler
fiberglass , steel ? and who did you buy from

nice work, I can't recall seeing that color before on an RSR. love the attention to detail.

Great looking car and great attention to detail. It looks like the rear brake disks are backwards or the holes are drilled opposite from the cooling vanes.
