Now here's an engine swap.....

Kind of puts the "V8 argument" to rest.

Might as well put a pair of wings and a rudder on that thing. There's no question it's gonna fly, so it'd be best to be able to control it a little?

That's gotta be the fastest MR2 on earth. I think i'm going out on a pretty sturdy limb when I say that!

It's got to be a photoshop - you all realize that the intakes cannot possibly function as shown, right(?)

Unless he has cut holes in the firewall and is pulling air from underneath.

Kinda reminds me of that guy from the Darwin awards who put a JATO rocket in his car and crashed it into a cliff...

Why? Because one jet engine wasn't enough, that's why.

Looks like a clean install. I doubt it is fake, unlike that darwin award story ... http://www.snopes.com/autos/dream/jato.asp I'll be watching the auction closely! I am sure this would drop right into the SC!

It looks like the red shrouds on the front of the enines are perforated. That would likely let enough air in to burn. I dont think it would require ram air. Did you happen to notice that as options it includes leather seats and an airbag. If the air bag saves you in a crash at least it wont take too much effort to get the s**t stains out of the seat. Losing one of those engines with the other at full thrust would be a wild ride.

Okay I give. Where's the seat?

There's nothing there but the Flux Capacitor.

pulling air from undeneath will not provide enough air
nor would pulling air thru the windows, etc.

If there are holes in the firewalls, Homey would be sucked right through and come out the ass end puree.

This is the same person who did the MR2 with the three turbocharger-based jet engines on the back.

Look at those thrust levers! That's great!
