A recent thread about
www.emachineshop.com got me interested in making a replacement for my broken door handle trigger. Well I drew one up to be a pretty much exact replica of the original, save a little extra material around the failure area. Since there is a rather significant price break for buying multiple units and I have noticed it was a pretty common problem I am trying to gauge intrest to see how many it would be worthwhile ordering. I am thinking somewhere around $40 each including shipping depending on how many people want one. These would be made out of T6 aluminum and powdercoated or anodized black depending on what people seem to perfer. Here are some pictures.
The major difference is that due to limitations with the software I could not make the angle cut in the opening but I made some square cuts that offer the same clearance. Just fill out the poll if you think youd be interested.
