Coil Amperage draw?
How many amps does a coil draw? Is it continuous or only when it fires?

Anybody? I am wiring up a coilpack and want to figure out what size wire is exceptable to power it.

The current draw depends on the resistance of the coil primary winding and your system Voltage. It is not continuous ... it is drawing current only when the switched ground is present!
