Bosch fog lamp mounting on 76 911
Just got a couple of new Bosch fog lamps to replace dead Hellas added by a previous owner.
Is there a mounting bracket of some sort that I should have on the valance under the bumper? Mounting the lights directly to the valance with only a small washer seems to REALLY limit the clearance I have to work with to adjust the vertical angle of the lights... They are already touching the valance and it looks like they should still tilt back even more for the best throw of the beams... Any advice?? The following diagram shows the mounting bracket for the Bosch driving lamps:

Aha! Thanks for the info. Now I just need to figure out where to find the extra parts shown there since they are long-gone from my car...
Thanks, Lee |

Lee,
I have two. After both my Bosch were cracked by rocks, I replaced them with 60's/retro VW fogs. The brackets are yours if you want them. Al
